Return Policy

At TIVAE (tivae.in), we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read the following Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Mandatory Brand Tag & Label Condition

  1. Returns will be accepted only if the original TIVAE brand label and price tag are intact and attached to the dress.
  2. If the brand label or tag is removed, damaged, cut, or missing, the return will be rejected.
  3. Our delivery partner is authorized to refuse return pickup if the brand tag is not attached at the time of pickup.

2. Product & Packaging Condition

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  1. Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  2. Be free from stains, odors, damage, or marks
  3. Be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories

Failure to meet these conditions will result in return rejection.

3. Acceptance at the Time of Pickup

  1. Return pickup will be completed only after physical verification of the brand tag and product condition.
  2. If the brand tag is missing, the delivery executive will not accept the return.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Return Conditions

For COD orders, the following additional conditions apply:

  1. COD orders are eligible for return only after successful delivery and acceptance.
  2. Refunds for COD orders will be processed only via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
  3. Customers must provide accurate bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
  4. TIVAE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete bank details.
  5. Repeated return or refusal of COD orders may result in COD restriction or account suspension.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, unless received damaged or incorrect:

  1. Jewellery
  2. Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  3. Customized or made-to-order products

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Inform us within the timeline specified on the website.
  2. Share clear photos or videos for verification.
  3. Upon approval, a return or replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

7. Right to Reject Returns

TIVAE reserves the right to reject any return if:

  1. Brand tag or label is missing or removed
  2. Product shows signs of use, alteration, or damage
  3. Return conditions are not met

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

8. Policy Updates

TIVAE reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
