Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7 working days after product inspection at our warehouse. COD refunds are manually processed via bank transfer/UPI within the same timeline

COD is available only for eligible locations as determined during checkout. Repeated COD refusal or cancellations may result in restriction of COD option.

1.Raise a return request via your account on tivae.in or contact customer support. 2.Ensure the product has original packaging, tags, and labels intact. 3.Our delivery partner will collect the product from your address. 4.Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.

Returns are accepted only if the TIVAE brand label and tag are intact and the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return pickup will be refused if the tag is missing. Certain items (sale, customized, or jewellery) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return following our Return Policy. COD cancellations follow the same rules and may require accurate bank/UPI details for refunds.

We accept: 1.Prepaid payments via Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets 2.Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations Note: Refunds for COD orders are processed manually via bank transfer/UPI after product return approval.

1.Browse the products on tivae.in. 2.Select your size, color, and quantity. 3.Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. 4.Enter shipping details and select payment method (Prepaid or COD). 5.Review your order and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
